Through the contact form we process your full name, company or organisation, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
Purposes
We process your data to assess and respond to your request, prepare quotations, carry out partnership discussions and meet our legal obligations.
Legal basis and collection method
Your data is collected electronically through the contact form on our website and processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: it is directly related to establishing or performing a contract, and it is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller.
Transfers
Your data may be shared only for the purposes above with service providers we work with, such as our email provider, and with legally authorised public authorities. Where our email provider's servers are located abroad, transfers are made in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. You can send your requests to info@staninsaat.com.
